1. No Physical Products

AxonTrail Solutions provides digital services, custom software, consulting, and/or technical solutions. We do not sell physical goods, and therefore, no returns are applicable under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AxonTrail Solutions are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

      • Consultation or service fees

      • Software development or deployment costs

      • Subscription payments

      • Advance project deposits

      • Custom design or coding services

      • Training or support packages

    Once a service has been initiated, reserved, scheduled, or delivered in full or in part, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or perceived value.

    3. Commitment to Quality

    We take great pride in delivering high-quality services and solutions. In case of any concerns about deliverables:

        • Clients must report issues in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

        • We will evaluate and may offer reasonable adjustments or fixes, if found valid, at our sole discretion.

        • This does not entitle the client to a refund.

      4. Cancellation Policy

      Clients may request to cancel a project before commencement. If approved, only unutilized advance (if any) may be partially refundable, less administrative fees, at AxonTrail Solutions‘s discretion.

      Once the project has started or been partially delivered, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.

      5. Chargebacks & Disputes

      Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without following our formal support and escalation process is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to:

          • Suspend ongoing services

          • Initiate legal action

          • Recover chargeback fees, legal costs, and damages

        6. By Using Our Services

        By engaging with our services, purchasing from us, or making any payment, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy in full.
